This mixed-use development of six number, 1 & 2-bed apartments and a commercial unit at ground floor level, for the Guinness Trust, was completed in 2006.

The project in South East London was on a particularly tight plot and fully built to its site boundaries, requiring careful planning of material & plant deliveries, we were responsible for the entire process from demolition to fit-out, achieving NHBC & Housing Association quality and specification requirements
